ORDER PROCESSING POLICY

Most orders are processed within 24h to 48h time and orders placed before 2 PM Central Standard Time will usually ship the same day.

MINIMUM ORDER FEE POLICY

In order to allow us to maintain proper quality service and keep offering various promotions to you we require that your make a minimum purchase of $10 when shopping on our website. In the event when that minimum purchase amount is not met, you will be charged a minimum order fee of $5.

SHIPPING POLICY

Most orders placed on our website (www.SheaTouch.com) before 2 PM Central Standard Time will be processed and shipped the same day. Orders received after 2 PM will most likely be shipped on the next business day. The transit time is at the carrier's discretion, however, most shipping within the continental USA and Canada will reach their destination in 2-10 business days depending on the geographical zone. International destination may take longer. We usually use USPS, Federal Express and UPS services and chose the post appropriate shipping option fitting your preference at time of purchase. Most of our shipment will originate from our main warehouse in the Dallas (Texas) metro area or may originate from an Amazon warehouse near you.

RETURNS POLICY

The outstanding quality of our products and the complete satisfaction of our clients is our top priority. This is why we will offer full reimbursement on original credit card for any unopened item returned within 14 days of initial purchase. Past the initial 14 days and up to 30 days, we will gladly exchange or offer store credit for unopened and in perfect sellable condition products. For cash purchases, we will only offer exchanges or store credit up to 30 days for unopened and in perfect sellable condition products. For returns, please contact one of our Client Services Associates at 1-888-460-4647 24/7. Please allow 2 to 4 weeks from the day you return your package for your request to be processed.

PAYMENT POLICY

Forms of payment: You can conveniently pay for your purchases via Google Checkout and Paypal. We do also directly accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express credit cards. Check payment are also accepted, however, the order will be released for shipment only after reception and clearance of the check (we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause). Sales Taxes: We collect sales taxes on total product orders to be delivered in the state of Texas.
